KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON is a gripping historical drama based on David Grann’s nonfiction book. Set in 1920s Oklahoma, it explores the chilling true story of the Osage Indian murders, driven by greed and systemic corruption.

After oil is discovered on Osage land, the tribe becomes the wealthiest per capita in America. This newfound wealth attracts predatory opportunists to Osage County. Ernest Burkhart (Leonardo DiCaprio), a World War I veteran, arrives in Fairfax to work for his uncle, William "King" Hale (Robert De Niro), a manipulative cattle rancher posing as a friend to the Osage. Hale orchestrates a sinister scheme to secure Osage oil rights by encouraging Ernest to marry Mollie Kyle (Lily Gladstone), a reserved but resilient Osage woman.

As Ernest and Mollie build a family, a wave of mysterious deaths plagues the Osage, including Mollie’s relatives. Poisonings, shootings, and explosions target wealthy Osage members, with local authorities complicit or indifferent. Mollie, battling illness and suspicion, emerges as a determined figure seeking justice. The newly formed FBI, led by agent Tom White (Jesse Plemons), begins investigating, uncovering a chilling conspiracy.
